Artos Software Inc. uses the following third-party subprocessors in order to provide Filemonk to you.

2. Merchant account and operations - no customer data

These services receive information about you and how you use Filemonk, such as your store name, domain, plan and email address, and usage events. They do not receive your customers' personal data.

Each subprocessor is used only to deliver the specific functionality described above. None of them receive your data for any other purpose, and each is contractually required to encrypt data at rest and restrict access to privileged personnel.

If we add a new subprocessor, we will notify you by email to your store's contact address at least 14 days before the change takes effect, consistent with our Data Processing Addendum, so you have the opportunity to object as described there.
